Sunderland start pre-season with comfortable win at South Shields
Sunderland started their pre-season campaign with a 4-0 win over South Shields.
Wilson Isidor opened the scoring with just one minute on the clock, before Romaine Mundle and Milan Aleksic added to the scoresheet.
Ahmed Abdullahi sealed the victory over the National League North side with a fourth goal in the final minutes of play.
Sunderland face Sevilla next on Saturday, 19 July at Estadio Algarve.
